Nutrition for Children with Special Needs

CHIP-I continued our training in nutrition at Centre d'Aminata M'baye with Dr. Valerie Ndiaye, nutrition specialist. The theory and practical sessions were conducted for the directors of 12 schools/centers for children with special needs in Senegal.​ Once again, local foods were used to demonstrate how to prepare nutritious foods for the children.
